One of the best things about summer is the gorgeous array of fresh fruit that is perfectly ripe and ready to be enjoyed! My husband absolutely loves Caprese salad, so I wanted to try to bring that rich Caprese taste and also make it full of fresh produce and big enough for a meal. The weather is warming up and quite frankly, these hot mornings make me want it to be summer already! Waking up early and the sun already shining bright makes me crave to just pack the kiddos in the car and head to the beach.
