Anthropologie Inspired Holiday Village Wreath

As soon as the weather turns cold and I know winter is right around the corner, I start scouring Anthropologie’s website for their new holiday items! I love the unique and colorful pieces they put out each season, but sometimes my wallet is not so happy with the price tag of some of these cute items that I add to my cart. As my grandma used to say when she found something she liked while shopping, “How much is cute?” 😛 I’m a wreath lover and when I saw Anthro’s Snowy Village Wreath, I had to have it! The almost $200 price tag though, eek! I definitely couldn’t spend that on a wreath, so I made a plan to DIY one inspired by Anthropologie’s that I would love just as much! 🙂

Kid’s Mini Library: Christmas Edition

The tree is up, the house is decorated, and I have been playing Christmas music as much as I can to try to get the family into the Christmas spirit! With so much hustle and bustle of fun that comes with the holidays, I really try to take some downtime each day to sit with my little ones and read together. Some days they’ll enjoy reading for almost an hour, some days it’s more like 5 minutes, but no matter! Having that quiet time with them on a regular basis really helps to calm them down when there is so much energy being exerted (emotionally and physically) during the fun of the holidays. Holiday Target Dollar Spot Finds

It’s here! It’s here! The holiday season has hit the Target Dollar Spot and the finds are adorable! There are so many fun and festive holiday items, and all different themes/color schemes for everyone’s style of decorating. I was so excited when I walked into Target and saw the shelves were stocked, I’m sure I ran with my cart not even realizing how crazy I looked. What I’m Loving

The sun has been shining bright and bringing the last of the summer heat, but a familiar breeze has appeared. We are still enjoying our fun in the sun with pool days, playground trips, and a visit to the aquarium this week, but we are also totally excited to get ready for fall! We’ve enjoyed some fall treats and started picking out new autumn decor for our home, and I am ready to bundle up in a cozy sweater once the weather starts to get blustery. And speaking of some cooler weather, I have a few things I’m loving this week that will start to bring some fall fun into your home too. 🙂

Fall Target Finds August 2022

It’s almost pumpkin season! 🙂 I’m enjoying the end of summer, but after all of this heat I am so ready for a cool breeze, pumpkin donuts, and some pretty fall decorations. I was thrilled to stop by Target this weekend and stumble upon some adorable fall decorations in the Target Dollar Spot!
